It may be difficult to lower the frame at first. Please be assured that this is normal and will loosen over time when following the guidance provided on your instruction manual.

The pressure needs to be applied equally, by two people, with your mattress on the frame so please ensure that you are accompanied by a helper when lowering the frame for the first time.
