Small Items (delivered by Evri) can be also be tracked using the tracking link sent by Evri on your dispatch email.
Please note all Large Items (delivered by two-man delivery) will require a delivery slot booking. Once dispatched, our delivery partner will be in contact with the next details for booking in your delivery day.
If you haven't received a dispatch email within 5 working days of placing your order, it's likely that you have purchased something on pre-order. Please refer to your order confirmation for an estimated timeframe of when your order will be dispatched.
