Small items (delivered by Evri) will be attempted three times. If they are unsuccessful after the third attempt, they will return your parcel back to DUSK. If there are problems with your delivery, we recommend downloading the Evri App to track your order and review your options for diverting the parcel.
Large item (delivered by two-man delivery) require a £30.00 redelivery fee to be paid before we can reschedule your delivery. If they haven't already, a member of our team will be in contact within 48 hours with an invoice for the redelivery fee.
