All refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 3 to 5 working days from when the refund was processed to be visible on your statement. Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date that the item was returned/collected before chasing your refund. 

If you paid using a Gift Card, this will be the first method of payment to receive the refund. Any amount refunded above the Gift Card value will then go to the other payment method used. If you no longer have the Gift Card details, please get in touch.
