Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm that it's on the way.
Small Items (delivered by Evri) do not require a signature and a delivery slot cannot be pre-booked. However, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to track your order all of the way to your door, including an estimated timeframe on the day of delivery.
Large Items (delivered by two-man delivery) require a signature for delivery and cannot be left unattended at the property. Once dispatched you will receive contact from our two-man delivery partner with details on the next steps for booking in your delivery.
We ask that you remain available all day until the delivery takes place on your chosen delivery date. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, you will need to pay a £30.00 redelivery fee before we can reschedule your delivery.
