DUSK products come with a 1-year structural guarantee. The guarantee starts from the day of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing faults.

We will still be happy to help, where we can, after 1-year, where it's clear that an issue has occurred due to a manufacturing fault and not general wear and tear. 

Any cosmetic faults or damages must be reported within 30 days of delivery. You can read more about our Faulty Items policy and guidelines on our Returns Page.

We also offer LOXA Product Protection for you to purchase at checkout. You can either select 3 or 5 years of cover, including: 

• Accidental damage, like sudden, one-off damage during normal use. For example, a drink spilt on a sofa, a drop or knock, or a heat mark or burn on a table top.
• Extended warranty for structural & mechanical breakdown.
• Up to three approved repairs in any 12-month period, carried out by approved technicians.
• Repair, replacement or voucher up to the original purchase value of the item.
• No excess to pay on approved claims.

All LOXA claims need to be submitted to them directly on their customer portal.
