Items delivered by our two-person delivery partners are delivered together. Make sure you check if any are on pre-order, as we will wait for all items to be available for delivery before preparing your order. Once ready for dispatch, you will then receive a link, via email and text, to book in your delivery.

Items delivered by Evri are delivered separately, as and when they are available for dispatch. You'll receive an email to confirm when it's on the way.

When applicable, we share pre-order timeframes on product pages, at the checkout and on your order confirmation. Please note that, these are estimated timeframes and may fluctuate. We will always aim to prepare your order as soon as possible  and will notify you if we're aware of any potential changes in the delivery window.
