Please refer to your order confirmation to note any pre-order timeframes and estimated delivery timeframes provided.

Items delivered by Two-Man Delivery are delivered together, when they are all available. Make sure you check if any are on pre-order, as we will wait for all items to be available for delivery before preparing your order. Once ready for dispatch, you will then receive a link, via email and text, to book in your delivery.

Parcel and One-Man Deliveries are delivered separately, as and when they are available for dispatch. You'll receive an email to confirm when it's on the way.

If you have a pre-order timeframe that has not yet passed, we kindly ask that you allow this timeframe as we are unable to make any changes to these estimated delivery timeframes. They can fluctuate at times, but we will always aim to prepare your order as soon as possible and will be in touch if we are aware of any delays.
