Parcel and One-Man Deliveries are delivered separately, as and when they are available for dispatch. You'll receive an email to confirm when it's on the way. We're sorry to advise that we are unable to place these on hold.
Items delivered by our Two-Man delivery partners are delivered together. Once ready for dispatch, you will then receive a link, via email and text, to book in your delivery. We always provide our earliest available delivery slots via the booking link. If you would prefer a delivery date later than those visible on the calendar, just revisit the link when you are ready to book in your delivery.
Items delivered by our One-Man or Parcel Delivery partners can be diverted to your local parcel shop. Once dispatched, you'll receive more details from the delivery partner directly on how to divert your parcel.
If you've already confirmed your delivery date, get in touch and we will resend the booking link to ensure that you can revisit it when you're ready. Please note that, once we resend the booking link, you will lose you original booking date.
