Once dispatched, our chosen delivery partner will let you know that they have your order. We're unable to request a specific timeslot for delivery, as this is determined by the delivery partner and their routes on the day.
For Two-Man Deliveries, they will be in touch the day before delivery to confirm a 3-hour estimated delivery window. This can fluctuate depending on the drivers' route and any potential disruptions - Therefore, we ask that you only select a delivery date where you can be available all day.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, even if outside the advised window, you will need to pay a redelivery charge before we can schedule your delivery again.
For Parcel and One-Man Deliveries, you will review a delivery window on the day of delivery.
