For Parcel and One-Man Deliveries, our delivery partner will reattempt the delivery on the next working day. They will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your order to us.
For Two-Man Deliveries, when a delivery isn't successful, they notify us to ensure we can investigate this further and resolve it as soon as possible. We will be in touch within 2 working days of the delivery attempt to confirm next steps. If 2 working days has passed, please do get in touch to let us know.
