For Parcel and One-Man Deliveries, our delivery partner will reattempt the delivery on the next working day. They will attempt delivery 3 times before returning your order to us.
For Two-Man Deliveries, when a delivery isn't successful, they notify us to ensure we can investigate this further and resolve it as soon as possible. Before we can reschedule your delivery, we will need to receive the redelivery payment. We will be in touch within 2 working days of the delivery attempt to confirm the next steps. If 2 working days has passed, please do get in touch to let us know.
