Please note that any aesthetic or cosmetic faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Therefore, from 30 days after delivery, we are unable able to accept warranty claims for any aesthetic or cosmetic issues identified.
We will need to identify the DUSK product (via images of the care label) and the reason for the claim.
