DUSK products come with a 12 months warranty and anything over this period is typically considered as general wear and tear. However, we do truly pride ourselves on the luxury quality products that we provide and would be happy to look into this for you further.
Please note that any aesthetic or cosmetic faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Therefore, from 30 days after delivery, we are unable able to accept warranty claims for any aesthetic or cosmetic issues identified.
If you're able to demonstrate that the issue is not due to general wear and tear or misuse, please get in touch and ensure that you attach images or videos to support your claim. We will need to identify the DUSK product (via images of the care label) and the reason for the claim.
