We offer LOXA Product Protection for you to purchase at checkout. You can either select 3 or 5 years of cover, including:
- Accidental damage, like sudden, one-off damage during normal use. For example, a drink spilt on a sofa, a drop or knock, or a heat mark or burn on a table top.
- Extended warranty for structural & mechanical breakdown.
- Up to three approved repairs in any 12-month period, carried out by approved technicians.
- Repair, replacement or voucher up to the original purchase value of the item.
- No excess to pay on approved claims.
All claims need to be submitted to LOXA directly on their customer portal.
If you decide to cancel your Product Protection, you can do so within 30 days of your start date. As long as no claims have been raised within this period, you’ll receive a full refund for the protection.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to add LOXA Product Protection to an order once it's been placed.
